History: Applied Business Concepts is a veteran-owned company that was founded in 1996 by Ben Ragusa, Jeff Ragusa, and Ed Doyle. ABC's combined experience, at the time, in the office automation industry was in excess of 100 years. Together, they shared many accomplishments, including founding OMNI Business Products in Atlanta. OMNI became one of the leading office automation providers in North Georgia.
Dedication: After the forming of ABC, it took less than a week for 5 veterans of the industry to move with Ben, Jeff, and Ed to the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas which pushed their overall experience to over 150 years. Many very ambitious and dedicated people have joined the ABC family over the past 20 years. Over 52% of the ABC family have been here more than 10 years and more than 62% have been with ABC for over 5 years. Our combined industry experience spans more than 325 years.
