1. What are your hours?

2. Do I have to have a maintenance contract to order supplies from ABC?

    - No, go ahead and send us an email to orders@abcla.com or fill out this form.

3. Can I order supplies over the phone?

    - No, you must send us a written request for supplies.

4. How do I get meter readings from my Sharp MFP?

    - Settings > system settings > total count > job count > print

    - Settings > status > total count > print

    - Hold Down the Copy key

5. How do I get meter readings from my Kyocera?

    - Counter button > print status page

    - System menu > report > report print > status page

​

6. How do I get meter readings from my Duplo?

    - Hold down the Stop key (make sure there is ink and paper in the machine)

7. What email address do I send my meter readings to?

    - You can send it to meters@abcla.com or fill out this form.

8. Can I pick up my supplies rather than have them shipped?

    - Yes, please call ahead so we are prepared to service you.

9. Can I pay an invoice over the phone?

    - Yes, we can take a credit card over the phone with no additional fees.
