Welcome to Applied Business Concepts of Louisiana

Applied Business Concepts was formed to fill a void that exists in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans markets as it pertains to business products. These two markets need a locally owned and managed company that can and will provide expertise and sophistication to the business products marketplace.

Our mission, simply put, is to provide the products and expertise to integrate digital copying and printing in any size organization. We will provide that service efficiently and profitably, so that both A.B.C. and our customers benefit.

Applied Business Concepts was formed by Ben Ragusa, Jeff Ragusa, and Ed Doyle. These three gentlemen have more than 60 years combined experience in the business products industry. Among their accomplishments was the founding of Omni Business Products in Atlanta, GA. Today, Omni is a leading supplier to the Atlanta business community including companies like The Home Depot, Georgia Pacific, and Nations Bank just to name a few.

Within thirty days of A.B.C. being formed, five industry veterans joined A.B.C. and relocated to Baton Rouge/New Orleans. With the addition of these five experts, our combined industry experience is in excess of 100 years.
